| A | An Application is required. Once we have the completed application, have verified the necessary information, and have determined that you meet our eligibility requirements, we will place your name on the Waiting List. Apartments are offered in the order we receive them. | |||||

| A | Plough Towers has a Section 8/202 Contract with HUD. All Rents are based on Income and comply with HUD Section 8/202 Rental Guidelines. Utilities are included in the Rent. | |||||

| A | Plough Towers accepts cash, checks, money orders, or we can automatically draft monthly Rent from your Checking Account. | |||||
